Ultra-thin metal label detachable stickers, also known as ultra-thin metal tags, metal split self-adhesive signs, or company logo metal label stickers, are manufactured. Let's take a look.
Metal split self-adhesive signs are mainly made of pure nickel, copper, and imported 3M adhesive (thickness approximately 0.04-0.08mm). The standard thickness is 0.08mm. Main colors include gold, silver, nickel, gunmetal, rose gold, red, and blue; multi-color versions are also available.

I. Production Process and Flow of Ultra-thin Metal Labels
1. Plate Making: The electroforming master plate uses a stainless steel plate that is easy to peel off after plating. After degreasing and cleaning, a photosensitive emulsion with a photopolymer coating is applied. After exposure and development, a post-exposure treatment is performed to increase the coating resistance of the photosensitive emulsion.
2. Electroforming: The treated stainless steel plate with the image is clamped in a special fixture and placed in a high-speed electroforming nickel bath for electroforming. The electroforming time and current depend on the area and thickness of the object being cast.
3. Peeling: Clean and dry the cast stainless steel plate, then use a transfer film to completely peel off the electroplated text and patterns.
4. Applying Adhesive:
There are two methods:
One is screen printing, where the self-adhesive is screen-printed onto the back of the electroplated text and patterns. It can be used after drying.
The other is printing the self-adhesive onto transfer paper first. After drying, the electroplated text and patterns on the transfer film are pasted onto the adhesive film, pressed firmly, and then the adhesive film is transferred to the back of the electroplated text and patterns.
